GetHuman-69742: I love the product, hate the customer service.**My neighbor recently had uverse installed in their home. When the technician came out to do the installation, he left their wire exposed and sitting on my fence. It has since been two months and the wire is still sitting on my fence. I have called att a number of times and each time they file a report to have the wire buried, I get a second call stating that that particular department does not handle it. I have a technician coming out again today to take care of this. If he is not able to perform, I will be left with the dilemma of whether or not I should take some tree shears and cut the wire myself.
