GetHuman-260350: First time: "They" cancelled the repair technician appointment. Second time: "They" scheduled the repair technician for a day I told them I would be out of town. Third time: Repair technician didn't call or show up. Fourth time: we'll see. Techs have been out numerous times before for DSL the. U-Verse. The problem is in the AT&T trunk line per the repair technicians. Confirmed no problem in my house. No way to contact stateside rep and get problem resolved.
