GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's AT&T U-Verse customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~PO'd: I called to find out why I had gotten an email from ATT telling me that due to "credit issues" my Uverse account was being "restricted." This was not a phishing email* they gave the notorious ***-***-**** callback number.*I called. Kept pushing "zero" since none of the dumb "menu options" had anything to do with my issue. Finally got a ring through. Long wait. The girl had no clue what I was talking about. Transferred me to the wrong dept. The guy there was more intelligent, but transferred me to another dept. which also was clueless. Finally they said a supervisor would call me "within * minutes." Half an hour later, nada. So I wasted over ** minutes on the phone (mostly on hold) and now another ** waiting for a call which probably will never come.*ATT "customer service" has become a sick joke.
