GetHuman-336489: I feel sorry for people who work for this company. It must be depressing to be part of a company that has continuous consistent horrible service. I am new to this area and have been told by everyone I meet how bad att is. It has certainly earned and lived up to it's reputation in the short time I have had to dealt with it. Long wait times, multiple transfers, hang ups, no show appointments and repeated equipment failures and replacements seem to be the accepted norm at att.

GetHuman-336489: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
