~Ana : I had never experienced such bad customer service from a company as I did with AT&T Uverse. They scheduled me for my installation appointment since I moved addresses for Thursday and never showed or called, they scheduled me for Friday and didn't show or called. I called to speak to a manager and she assured me they would be here on Saturday and they never showed or called. I called on Monday and the lady told me they came and fixed it and technician didn't have to come into the apartment, I never got a call or text that day to let me know the appointment had been complete. so I listened to the representative. So when I got home I connected the modem and it didn't work so I called and they told me I was scheduled for March ** and I wasn't aware of this, as for my understanding they had already came. This is my second week without internet and I have cellphones with these guys as well and I have gone over my data due to their lack of customer service and noshows!!! So fed up and angry a

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Ana : I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T U-Verse's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Ana : For that I would say one out of five.

~Ana : Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AT&T U-Verse to know who you are.
