~H: Waited for well over an hour on hold for a representative in my attempt to cancel*renegotiate service. No one answered and I gave up. Definitely switching to TimeWarner now.

~H: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~H: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T U-Verse's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~H: For that I would say one out of five.
