~Jillnnorris: AT&T showed up at my house at ten thirty, during a *am-**am time slot on a Saturday ago to install my at&t uverse and Internet. The tech looked around at the walls and pulled dressers and tables out so he could see...then he says 'yeah this is gonna be a * to * hr job, are you SURE you want to do this?". I say "no, dont install, I'll just call and cancel". *I called to cancel and was influenced and enticed to continue and become a customer. Iwas supposedly going to get free installation and a $*** Visa gift card. Installation was set for today between *am - **am. It's **:**pm and still no tech or even a simple phone call. *I caled to cancel and was told 'yeah that *****, sorry about that. You're service is canceled now". *Wow...at&t, I've never done business with a company who could care less about a lost customer. YOUR LOSS!!!

~Jillnnorris: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Jillnnorris: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T U-Verse's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Jillnnorris: For that I would say five out of five.
