~Roy: I made a mistake and over paid by $****. I hit one additional digit on my computer with banking on line. It cleared to ATT before I could stop it at the bank. Called ATT was told various things, like call your bank, we can't do anything for * to ** days , a week later I need a case or nothing happens, then no you don't need a case number and so on. no one in ATT has authority to help the customer. This went on long enough that the next billing window was hit and ATT just helped themselves to my money. As of today the check is in the mail per a rep in the Philippines. very unhappy with ATT's response to help a long term customer

~Roy: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Roy: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T U-Verse's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Roy: For that I would say three out of five.

~Roy: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AT&T U-Verse to know who you are.
