~angry2343: My recent experience with ATT Uverse support that led to cancelation is as follows.**I have been a ATT Cellular phone subscriber for ** years. Last year, I decided to trial ATT Uverse over the existing Conway Corp as Uverse is trying to break ground in Conway, AR.**Ultimately, the first year had minor problems with only replacing the dvr twice* however, when I bought my new house and decided to transfer service to the new address a plethora of issues started.**First and foremost, the installation representative from ATT, AUSTIN, was a complete non-professional. He was crass, using profanity in front of my wife and kids. He had limited knowledge of wiring up the service and could not provide a cable for the living room requiring a wireless box. In addition, the service was not completed and the driveway had to be dug up to bury a wire.**Over the next several days I made ** phone calls totaling ** hours of call time*wait time. * chats and an email. None of the people I spoke with resolve
