GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/21/17?
GetHuman-burch: ****, *:** pm called with broken cable. Confirmed appt ****, * am - Noon. ****, *:** pm called - no tech arrived. Talked to manager Mark - said tech would arrive no later than *:** am ****. ****, **:** am called - no tech. Finally arrived ****, *:** pm. Terrible customer service. Without phone, internet, tv two full days. Customer Service had no clue about handling the situation except for continually promising work but not getting it done. Should get some compensation.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting AT&T U-Verse. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a AT&T U-Verse problem?
GetHuman-burch: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-burch: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T U-Verse's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-burch: For that I would say two out of five.
