~CCD: Since ******* I have been trying to get ATT Universe to disconnect my cable and transfer my phone back to ATT landline. All I get is transferred from one department to another. Support Tech told me last night "Will talk to Dispatch as my order got stuck in the computer and never completed process". Was going to call me back ** mins to an hour, never did. I am very frustrated. I have talked to Tech Support in Florida, New York and Chicago. NO ONE COULD HELP RESOLVE THIS FOR ME. My service with them ended *******. I have to keep my phone connected to their modem in order to keep it active. They want their equipment back, then fix the problem so I can ship.

~CCD: For that I would say one out of five.
