~garrypacman: The lady did not identify herself. All I got was a hello what do you need. She had no info on how to reach management reference a door to door appointment failure complaint. No one seems to know their job or any concern. All we want is uverse and cannot contact anybody. No one wants our business therefore we will keep time warner. Very poor service and care attitudes

~garrypacman: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T U-Verse's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~garrypacman: For that I would say three out of five.
