~forrest: AT&T bombards my mailbox with promotional letters telling me to add uverse TV. My cable contract is almost up so I give AT&T a call. Their lousy associate Dianna acts like I called her house in the middle of supper. She tells me I'd have to pay a deposit in order for them to set it up. No big deal. Then she goes on to say maybe you should call direc TV. I was interested in the U-*** package with the premium tier... Doesn't matter, she never asked. She then did everything she could to hang up on me stating repeatedly "are you done" what a *****.

~forrest: For that I would say one out of five.
