~mcubed: Without a doubt the most deplorable customer service experience I have had in a long time. Got routed to an "out of service" number and had to call back. Then waited for a manager for ** minutes after I tried to cancel with the rep as he "couldn't" do it. Then the manager said I needed to go to ANOTHER department *st. So rude and horrible communication. He would NOT give me his name, either. I am online ** minutes and counting. Service STILL not canceled and I am on hold.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting AT&T U-Verse. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a AT&T U-Verse problem?
~mcubed: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~mcubed: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T U-Verse's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~mcubed: For that I would say three out of five.
