~SamG: i had Max uverse **mbps plan for a year for $**.**, After i called to cancel service due to relocation was told that i can continue service with them and was offered to reduce the price to $**.** for next ** months and free service transfer to my new home. After a month i got a bill with Charge of $**.** for Max **mbps plan and $**.** activation fee!! After i contacted them and explained was told that have to wait for them to file a case in a special department(cant remember the name) and they will get back to me and will be able to fix it. * months goes by and im keep getting charged $**.** and each time that i call them telling me to wait. Finally canceled the service today after it got suspended since i refused to pay the last bill. DON"T trust any special offer on the phone, i even had order number and name of the agent that gave me the offer but couldn't do anything with it.

~SamG: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~SamG: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T U-Verse's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~SamG: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other AT&T U-Verse customers?
~SamG: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AT&T U-Verse to know who you are.
