GetHuman-181578: I have always had good service before, but an elderly relative did not. He does not do email or internet, and the phone rep and he did not seem to understand each other. She was not getting what he was saying about not having another phone to call her on when he went home, that his phone was completely dead, that he had been told that warranty would send another and so on. He will head to the store today to see if they can help him in person. They need more training on how to deal with older folks. Not everyone is a techy.
