GetHuman-358591: I have been trying to add a gift of minutes to my son's go phone. I have been doing this for over a year, but once I made a typo on my credit card and since then I have not been able to go on line to add minutes. Spent * hours on the phone trying to get this straighten out and made * trips to the customer service office. Still cannot add pre-paid minutes on line to his number. Must go to the service office and it takes ** minutes of them making phone calls to add minutes. All this inconvenience is so I can pay in advance of actual usage. What kind of customer service is this?
