~Bob: I was trying to buy a refurbished phone from the ATT website as an upgrade for an eligible line. The website wouldn't accept the phone, and the customer service rep. didn't have an answer except the website coordinator said there's been a problem, and it's being looked into. He gave the Web Assistance Center number: ***-***-****. I'll call this number in a few days when the website fails to fix the glitch and accept the online order.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting AT&T Wireless. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a AT&T Wireless problem?
~Bob: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Bob: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
