~becbehrens: The first time they redirected me to a wireless representative, but I got caught back in the computer loop. So I called again* when she tried to redirect me, I told her that I needed to talk to a person and couldn't get one on the redirected number. So she told me to press "*" once I was redirected. I did, and that worked. The representative was very helpful.
