~Lobo: I have to go overseas due to a family health issue so I applied and signed over the phone for the 'vacation plan' since I would not use my phone from there.**When I came back I learnt that AT&T NEVER APPLY THIS PLAN so I had to pay half year FOR A SERVICE I NEVER USED (not a phone call, nor even a txt message!) on top of that even though I've been a loyal costumer for almost a decade they couldn't wait * months for me to pay and they sent me to a collect agency.**LESSON LEARNED: I'm buying the Straight Talk micro sim and will be paying only $** A MONTH FOR UNLIMITED CALLS, TEXTS & DATA!!!*(Straight talk uses the same AT&T network, antennas, etc)
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting AT&T Wireless. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a AT&T Wireless problem?
~Lobo: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Lobo: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T Wireless's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Lobo: For that I would say two out of five.

~Lobo: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AT&T Wireless to know who you are.
