~annoyed: I was harassed by a door to door salesman who promised us a buyout of our old contract with Dish Network(great service) and a reasonable monthly price for service. What we got is a bill for service $** more than our promise and a bill for cutting our contract which at&t is not paying either. We are out around $*** due to these thieves.

~annoyed: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.

~annoyed: For that I would say two out of five.
