GetHuman-434428: My issue was finally resolved but If I didn't ask a lot of questions it might not have been the information they are given is not always accurate. I live near a mountain and mountains are not shown on there map so they told me my tower was fine but I don't pull off of that tower because of the mountain. So the tower I pull from was down.
