~Helen: Neither the phone tech nor the painfully slow internet "chat" tech could tell me how to set up voice mail using my AT&T Wireless Home Phone device WF***!! It is useless without voicemail.

~Helen: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Helen: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.

~Helen: For that I would say four out of five.
