~seyahmot: This is a follow up to an earlier review I gave ********. I checked my account online and as the account rep (Jason) said the problem appeared resolved. I called back today to clarify something on my bill. Another account rep (Rey) reviewed my bill and REDUCED it by a substantial amount. Just about the BEST customer service I've encountered in a long, long time. This is real folks, I'm not affiliated with AT&T at all. But will remain their customer for a long time.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting AT&T Wireless. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a AT&T Wireless problem?
~seyahmot: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~seyahmot: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T Wireless's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~seyahmot: For that I would say five out of five.
