GetHuman-21827: was told to reset my Iphone while on this phone with the att agent. The moment I hit reset - I lost connection with the agent, she never called me back. I was told to speak to tech. support rep. Told him - I can't connect to internet for * weeks. He *said I have to return to previous version - which I find idiotic. I refused to do it, and he said that he will ask his supervisor what to do, and will call me right back. He never called me back. The service is unreliable, and a lot of people don't know what to do.
