GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's AT&T customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Anonymous: * weeks attempting to get internet set up after moving. The first technician showed up on time but couldn't complete the set up because of some issue with the work order. Someone was supposed to return the next day to complete the set up, but no ever showed up, called again to see what happened, they said the work order showed in progress but the due date in it was still set to the first day, so no one had been dispatched for the order. Tried to set up anyhow time, after work, as the first tech said that there was a *-*pm shift that one of the techs worked, but the phone rep said no such time existed. After giving up I had them push it to the next available weekend (another week and half away) for *am to **pm. The day rolls around and no one shows up during the schedules time, I call to see what's going on and am told the work order is scheduled *am-*pm. That would be fine if it wasn't for the fact that I have a two hour drive to get to a viewing at a funeral home and should ideally ha

~Anonymous: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Anonymous: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Anonymous: For that I would say three out of five.

~Anonymous: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AT&T to know who you are.
