~Badwolf: AT&T has the worst customer service I have ever seen. I ordered internet service for a second home in Emeryville California over the phone. The installer never showed up for the *PM appointment I made for a Friday. The next day I got the order summary in the mail which did not come close to matching what I was quoted over the phone. totally a bait and switch. I then went with webpass who came out the next day on a Sunday and did the installation. AT&T showed up Monday afternoon when I was *** mile away. I told them to cancel the install which never took place. I do not think there is any way to email AT&T. The online chat is worthless. Supposedly the proper and only way to cancel an order is over the phone which I did after several time of being on hold till I hung up. I was told My order was canceled and I wouldn't owe anything. Now a few weeks later I get a bill for service and an installation which never took place and modem I never got. AT&T is so big they are dysfunctional. If yo

~Badwolf: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.

~Badwolf: For that I would say five out of five.
