~buttrflygal: From my first call at sign up to my last call on cancelation on the **th day of shipment, I was quoted * different plans that I supposedly had for * person, given two different rates, & * sets of totally different rules that were completely different from the booklet. Worst experience with a cell company in all the years I have owned a cell. A distant relative has * lines with them & is treated wonderfully. They were very upset with my whole experience. My reason for leaving was job security not great at this time, you would think they would be respectful. Not at all. They kept my number because they own it now, even tho I have handicapped child who knows the old number. Never again!

~buttrflygal: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~buttrflygal: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~buttrflygal: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other AT&T customers?
~buttrflygal: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AT&T to know who you are.
