GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's AT&T customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-courtne24: Have been with this company for over ***yrs and have never missed a bill... And today being on a customer service for * hrs and being told they were ready and willing to resolve a problem of there making. I explained I had just got off the highway having just made a ** hr trip to North Carolina that they would fix it no problem but the closest store was another ** min trip but I did it because was last day of my ** day return policy. But once I arrived at the Statesville North Carolina was meet with the obvious unwillingness to help or even listen . Then was told it was not ** days it had been ** days and I had read the policy so pretty much I knew better . I have never had an experience so outrageous in nature in my life. I have defend this company with friends who say go to Sprint . I have always said I have been with them for *** yrs and with the miner bill glitch have not had problems. Boy was I a fool any company that treats their customers like idiots they have no time to listen and fix the problem but down right just could careless about. Sprint will be my next call and I will absolutely tell anyone I can not to give this company a dime because when a problem arises they will not be there to even attempt to fix even if it is a problem they themselves have created . Please do not give them a dime of your hard earned money.

GetHuman-courtne24: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-courtne24: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-courtne24: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other AT&T customers?
GetHuman-courtne24: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AT&T to know who you are.
