~welcome101: I got hung up total ** times in almost ** days. They just answer the phone then when ask the Reps name that they just simply hang up on me. **th time I called her Excellency and beg for help. She was very very rude though. However it took me almost ** min that I need some help to get my service. It is really really ridiculous and I switching the service. AT&T is customer service ins the worse in the world and they think that they do not need any more customers, all they need their pay checks. I'll pray to God that God must not give AT&T any more customer. That will probably make them Happy!

~welcome101: For that I would say four out of five.
