GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's AT&T customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~gardenofgoodness: I got through to a human being after answering just a few automated questions, and there was no wait for her. But the automated system sent me to the wrong department. So, the person who answered promised to stay on the line with me, while getting me to the right department. I then had to wait for ** minutes! But, sure enough, I got to speak to a human being in the right department, who got the ball rolling on fixing our problem. Thanks, GetHuman!
