~raininberkeley: I have a Uverse bill for a service that I did not have, and it is stopping me from adding a line or doing anything else with my ATT wireless phone service. In addition, it has been sent to a collection agency that keeps calling me on my cell phone and at work. * *I ordered ATT service. Due to a long line of problems, starting with being on hold for over an hour when I called to have service installed, I decided to cancel the service and go with a different providor. They were going to send a tech to my house, and I told them not to because I no longer wanted the service - this was June **** ( I believe). The other day I went to ATT to get a line added to my service, and they would not allow me because they said I had an outstanding Uverse bill. After calling ( and spending a significant amount of time on the phone) Uverse will still not drop the bill.... for service that I never had!! I refuse to pay the bill because I don't owe, and I refuse to reward anyone for gross incompet
