~jredinc: I have never been treated so poorly and need to speak to an Executive Esculations. I called in on Monday to make a payment arrangement due to me not being able to on my phone because of phone that I returned and it was never adjusted, * *I called in a the representative told me no problem and that she would adjust the payment and do the arrangement but in the meantime she stated she need to see if they received my phone as of yet because there was already being investigated. After being transferred numerous of times to the warranty department they finally found the phone and adjusted my account. I ASSumed that the payment arrangements were made as well. * *Now today my services has been suspended. WHY? That was my entire reason for calling on Monday to make a payment arrangement that I couldnt do via phone or internet. I spoke to * managers that "understood" my story" however did absolutely nothing about it. They stated that they sent a text on the *th which was yesterday and called. B
