~Arlind Meko: I like the package and the internet is really fast, but when it comes to Technical Support I have never experienced such bad experience in my life as this time. I was scheduled for an appointment on Tuesday and no technician showed up or called to say they couldn't come anymore, I called back Wednesday to see what happened and I received apologies and was promised somebody would come for sure Wednesday afternoon to fix the issue since nobody showed up the day before but nobody came on Wednesday either. I called back Thursday and they apologized again and said somebody would come for sure Thursday but guess what... nobody showed up Thursday either!!!! I called back Friday very upset and asked to speak with a manager and I explained her what was going on and she promised somebody would come Friday and my case would get priority...The technician called me in the afternoon while i was at work and said they had fixed the issue, I get home at night and the service was still down!!! I called

~Arlind Meko: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Arlind Meko: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Arlind Meko: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other AT&T customers?
~Arlind Meko: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AT&T to know who you are.
