~middle of nowhere, central IL: I am so thankful for the help of how to contact an actual human and not have to mess with the automated junk. It was a mess with AT&T's customer service. Long wait time, then the agent put me on hold and then I was suddenly back to the beginning of trying to get an agent. Second agent was short wait to talk with, she set up repair for tomorrow.
