~m: I used the 800-331-0500 number I found for on the GetHuman AT&T customer phone number page I was on: AT&T Customer Service Phone Number

~m: from all center, Dina Bond ID*DB**** great rep, my only complaint she never called me back to discuss the reduction of data usage, as in the Dominican republic technoly was so week we were unable to use data, or the phone much. she said she would look into this matter & give a credit... I called ATT few time to discuss this issue, OH MY to frustrations I had a couple of very frustrating reps, & one of them said there are other mobile options, this guy was with the internationalgroup he was of no help... need less to I don't have his name. As far as Dina Bond she never called back & she excluded any credits from her notes... Hmmmm imagine that!!!!

~m: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~m: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~m: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other AT&T customers?
~m: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AT&T to know who you are.
