GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's AT&T customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Anonymous: They pick up your phone right before waiting time hits ** minutes. Your phone number gets blocked because they want you to pay for bills of the service you never applied for. You want to fix this issue but they block your phone number and "punish" you, even if you are a victim of a fraud service you never used. The email address revealed here is no longer in use. *****@***.com is only for a network related abuse, not for other types of frauds. No general customer center email address at AT&T because they do not care about fixing issues with their customers
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting AT&T. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a AT&T problem?
~Anonymous: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Anonymous: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Anonymous: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other AT&T customers?
~Anonymous: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AT&T to know who you are.
GetHuman: Well there you have it. Some useful feedback and words from ~Anonymous taken from his AT&T customer service problem that occurred on November 20th, 2017.
