~Bob: "Service Outage" was why I was trying to call.
~Bob's review of AT&T customer service
GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's AT&T customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Bob: Looks like anyone that called is prompted to spend more money when all they need is for someone to push a couple buttons and fix the problem. I guess that has become the new company policy, just give them the run around until they get mad and hang up. Left to deal with whatever problem or malfunction they started with. Not good company policy . I am so dissatisfied . I will be changing carriers as soon as possible.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting AT&T. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a AT&T problem?
~Bob: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Bob: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Bob: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other AT&T customers?
~Bob: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AT&T to know who you are.
GetHuman: Well there you have it. Some useful feedback and words from ~Bob taken from his AT&T customer service problem that occurred on November 15th, 2017.
