~Anonymous also: Only a two minute wait but when transferred to a technician, the call got lost, but she had given me the number beforehand. The tech line answered fairly quickly and they were polite and very helpful.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting AT&T. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a AT&T problem?
~Anonymous also: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Anonymous also: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Anonymous also: For that I would say three out of five.
