~Tree50: Was cut off once and had to redial the number. Was referred to my southwestern region, as expected. Was switched to the same 'bot I initially had trouble with as it seemed unable to comprehend the numbers I entered.**Luckily, the second lady I spoke with was thoughtful enough to provide me the direct billing number (***-***-****) to a 'bot who comprehended 'numeric-speak'. **Thank you, Talk to Human!
