GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's AT&T customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Matt1377: I was just trying to upgrade my phone and was on hold for a total of an HOUR AND A HALF and was on the call for * HOURS. Yes * HOURS and a manager said I could get this phone for $**.** but didn't have "access" to order it for me so had to send me to the sales department to order it. AfFter she did this, the sales rep said they could not order it for me without adding a second line. I can not believe the incompetency of this company, they don't even have access to cancel orders or bring up certain screens and they were the MANAGER. As soon as my contract is up I am leaving ATT for good, horrible customer service and ruined my entire day on the phone.

~Matt1377: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Matt1377: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Matt1377: For that I would say two out of five.

~Matt1377: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AT&T to know who you are.
