GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/23/17?
GetHuman-bauwash: December, **rd I wanted to buy a prepaid contract plus cellphone. Afte * hours and after I already had paid USD **. ** by Visa Card the staff acknowledged that they had technical problems and could not solve the problem. When I wanted my money back, they said that that' s not possible with prepaid contracts. So I ask for your help. The shop was the Pentagon City Mall , the Store No. W ***. The activation deposit number ***-***-****. The number on my Visa account is AT&T W*** *****.*Up to now I was a happy AT&T customer but please understand my changing thoughts about that.*Best,*Michael
