~Buck: ** yrs of age with medical issues phone line out since june ** ****, bill paid they are so horrible they can't switch the line from u-verse to regular phone line. you've talk to over ** agents and they are all horrible and they dont't even work in the united states. still out of a phone and its july ** ****. but they said help is on the way. This is enough to give me another heart attack! Please don't sign up with AT&T it not worth it

~Buck: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Buck: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Buck: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other AT&T customers?
~Buck: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AT&T to know who you are.
