GetHuman-pbjayda: AT&T MISLEAD AND MANIPULATE CLIENTS
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/27/17?
GetHuman-pbjayda: An AT&T representative offer me a package deal that supposedly giving me **GB of data for $** per line. And at that time I had my contract with T-mobile and with *GB of date. Once the representative told me about the deal, I thought it was an awesome deal so therefore, I went canceled my contract with T-mobile and later I discover it was all a lie just for the sole purpose of getting a sale close. I felt betrayed, and mislead. I contact customer care and was transfer to a supervisor but all he told me was, he was sorry and there's nothing he could for me. I will cancel my contract with AT&T and I was also interesting in the uverse package for my home and alarm security. I WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH AT&T AGAIN!!!!

GetHuman-pbjayda: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-pbjayda: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-pbjayda: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other AT&T customers?
GetHuman-pbjayda: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AT&T to know who you are.
