~Ms. X: I wasted an hour this morning on the phone with AT&T, trying to get someone who could answer a question about blocking a phone number. I get a call from whoever it is at least once a day & it's been going on for weeks. AT&T goes out of the way to make it difficult to reach anyone, and even if you do, it's not likely they'll speak decent English. For a company that's supposed to be in the Communications business, they're lousy.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting AT&T. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a AT&T problem?
~Ms. X: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Ms. X: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Ms. X: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other AT&T customers?
~Ms. X: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AT&T to know who you are.
