~U-ped by UVerse: Signed up for Direct TV and Uverse voice*internet. Direct TV install perfect. ATT? Let's see: * service techs and ** phone reps later, I found out that phone service wasn't on original order, and there's been delay after delay to port my old phone number to U-verse account from my previous provider. Still isn't done. I have yet another tech coming to the house next week to activate old phone number. Conflicting information, multiple transfers, long wait times, language barriers...I have, officially, been U-ped by U-verse! AAARRRGGGHHH!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting AT&T. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a AT&T problem?
~U-ped by UVerse: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~U-ped by UVerse: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~U-ped by UVerse: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other AT&T customers?
~U-ped by UVerse: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AT&T to know who you are.
