GetHuman-348700: I have had to call customer service almost every every month about my bill since getting service on **********. I want out of my contract and have scheduled for comcast to install on ******. I refuse to pay a contract cancellation fee. Att&t has not upheld it's side of the contract and neither will I.

GetHuman-348700: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-348700: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-348700: For that I would say three out of five.
