~linn: att is by far the worse company. i have never dealt with a company that was bad in all departments. not only did i have a major issue with uverse department the cell phone plan is even worse. absolutely terrible communication with customers. I will never refer anyone to att. straight rip off. bogus charges month after month. not a single month did i have the same monthly payment. they claim i use over *gb of internet when previously i had *gb and never went over. STRAIGHT SCAM. BE AWARE!!!!

~linn: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~linn: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~linn: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other AT&T customers?
