GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's AT&T customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~biteme AT&T: the ***-***-**** is not the right phone number. They give you the run around and then tell you they don't have the number for AT&T corporate. AT &T corporate officers are hiding bcause they know what crappy service they provide for their customers. * calls and ** days to get my phone connected to U-Verse. Not one representative ever returned my calls or called me back . Theyn said we'll call in a hour and I didn't take care of things I needed to because I had to wait for their calls that never came. Even the girl Jessica in the escalation dept. didn't call me as hse promised. The customer is totally disrespected and ignored. WHen I called the installer Anthony and his manager Drexel they just let me talk and showed little concern for my distress and then never returned my calls. everyone I talked to were illiterates
