~Dustin Hinton: they won't respond.. No one will even say a word to me... AT&T is back at it again.. Grandfathered Unlimited plans being Throttled, Throttled, and Throttled... This is a picture from yesterday and today.. How can this be considered reasonable? Let's not even argue about throttling in general, but what is considered "reasonable throttling"? I can't even send an email with a photo attached or load my instagram or facebook feed and I work in Social Media? This is a problem...**http:**duttin.net*files*at&t*throttle.jpg

~Dustin Hinton: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Dustin Hinton: For that I would say two out of five.
